Founder-led
Every engagement is led directly by the founder, not delegated to a junior team.
Research-informed
Grounded in formal research training, not a weekend certificate.
Hands-on
Every session ends with something the participant can use immediately.
Cross-disciplinary
Technical, managerial, and legal perspective from one advisor.
Practical and responsible
Advice measured against workflow and cost impact — not tool novelty, and not overstated capability.

Universities & institutions
AI awareness, faculty development, curriculum development, and workshops.
Professionals & executives
Practical AI skills, productivity improvement, and informed decision-making.
Educators & researchers

Three ways to work together
AI Consultancy
- Who it's for
- Organizations and teams ready to move past pilots.
- The problem
- Knowing AI exists is not the same as knowing where it changes an outcome for your specific workflow.
- What to expect
- A practical assessment, an implementation plan, and direct involvement through delivery.
Training & Workshops
- Who it's for
- Professionals, executives, and teams building real AI skills.
- The problem
- Most AI training is either too theoretical or too generic to apply on Monday morning.
- What to expect
- Hands-on sessions in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and automation, built around your actual tools.
Research & Curriculum Development
- Who it's for
- Universities and institutions building AI literacy or programs.
- The problem
- AI curriculum written without research or teaching experience often doesn't hold up in the classroom.
- What to expect
- Curriculum and training content designed with the same rigor as any academic program.
Practical AI applications
Areas covered as part of consultancy and training engagements — not standalone off-the-shelf products.

Individual professionals, teams
What these tools actually do, where they're reliable, and where they fail.
Prompt Engineering
Professionals, educators, researchers
Structuring requests to get consistent, usable output for real work.
AI Automation (n8n, Make)
Teams and organizations
Building workflows that remove genuinely repetitive work.
AI for Educators & Researchers
Faculty, academic staff
Responsible use of AI in teaching, research workflows, and literature review.
Where AI meets your workflow
A practical process for identifying where AI changes an outcome, and implementing it with the people who'll use it.
01
Discover
Understand the real workflow, not the assumed one.
02
Assess
Identify where AI genuinely changes an outcome.
03
Design
Build a plan specific to the team and tools in use.
04
Implement
Put the system in place with the people who'll run it.
05
Optimize
Refine based on what actually happens after launch.
